A tracking number will be provided immediately following the courier’s pickup of your order.

Handling Time
Upon confirmation of payment, we will initiate the processing of your order. Orders will be processed within 24 working hours, subsequent to a quality inspection.

  • Major Cities and Towns: 3 to 5 working days
  • Remote Areas: 5 to 7 working days

Upon confirmation of payment, customers are required to coordinate collection arrangements with our office.

Collections are available between 08:30 and 17:00, Monday through Friday. Weekend collections are permitted only with prior arrangements.
